At the recent BPEX awards our very popular home made traditional pork sausages gained a Silver Award.
British sausage week is upon us (2 - 8 Nov) and once again we shall be offering tasters throughout the week and we will be donating 10% of all our sausage sales for that week to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. With over 15 varieties to choose from your sure to find something you love.

We now stock some of the more unusal steak cuts.
FLAT IRON STEAK. A little known, extremely tender, succulent and juicy steak which when matured correctly is as tender as Rump or Sirloin.
For the summer months, when the barbecuing season is in full swing, Flat Iron Steaks are ideal. The steaks can be marinated and as well as being great for the barbecue, can be pan fried or grilled. For best results it is recommended that the Flat Iron Steak is cooked medium to rare.
This one's well worth a try!
