Title: Champion Bacon Again!

For the Second year in a row we were delighted to receive the news that our bacon had been crowned champion of the South West in the latest BPEX regional roadshow. Our customers have been telling us for many years that the lightly smoked back bacon is wonderful because it provides a middle ground between an unsmoked and a smoked product, which some people can find too salty.
We also won a Silver for our Lamb and Mint Sausages, a Silver for our Home Made Haslet and Bronze for our Old English Sausages.

We've been given top billing in the Food Standard Agencies new Hygiene rating scheme. 5 Star is the best a business can score. Each business is given a ‘hygiene rating’ when it is inspected by a food safety officer from the business’s local authority. The hygiene rating shows how closely the business is meeting the requirements of food hygiene law.

Title: It's Gold again!

We were delighted to be given the news that we had won gold for our Home Cured Rindless Back Bacon at this years regional BPEX Awards roadshow. We were overjoyed to also be told that our entry had been declared "CHAMPION" in it's category.
Customers should note that we take the utmost care in all the products that we produce and that the products we sell are exactly the same as the products we enter into any competitions.
