EN45011 - The Guilds standards have now been accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service). This means the Guild of Q Butchers is the ONLY group of food retailers in Britain whose standards are accredited to EN45011, the European standard for product certification schemes.
EN45011 is internationally recognised as the 'Rolls Royce' third party system of operating quality assurance schemes. This places the Guild at the very pinnacle of food and meat retailing, offering consumers gold-plated assurance on product, service and hygiene.
